Nel Golfo del Tigullio, a Zoagli, vendiamo il Castello Canevaro, uno dei più caratteristici edifici della Riviera di Levante, posto in posizione straordinariamente scenografica.

Si tratta di un complesso architettonico costruito in varie fasi a partire dal 1549, anno in cui viene edificata la torretta di avvistamento delle navi turche, fino ad arrivare al 1899, in cui 
viene completato definitivamente e ridisegnato dall’architetto Partini secondo il gusto eclettico.

Il castello si sviluppa su 4 piani, ciascuno dei quali gode di spazi aperti sul giardino e sulle terrazze affacciate sul mare.

Sia dai bellissimi ambienti interni, che dai vari angoli del parco, si può godere di una splendida vista mare e di un panorama spettacolare, che  si apre da Portofino a Sestri Levante.

Il giardino, di 3500 mq, degrada dolcemente fino alla scogliera, e permette, attraverso due passaggi, l’accesso diretto al mare, da una parte alla cosiddetta spiaggia del Duca, dall’altra, alla spiaggia dell’Arenella.

Attualmente è adibito a splendida location per eventi, con una parte destinata all’ospitalità negli appartamenti riservati all’accoglienza dei propri ospiti.

L’accesso alla proprietà è carrabile e sono disponibili un buon numero di posti auto.

ZOAGLI, STUNNING CASTLE OVERLOOKING THE SEA WITH LARGE GARDEN

In the magnificent setting of the Gulf of Tigullio, and precisely in the picturesque village of Zoagli, we sell the Canevaro Castle, one of the most characteristic buildings of the area, located in an extraordinarily scenic position.

It is an architectonic complex built in various phases starting from 1549 – when the watchtower to spot the Turkish ships was built - until 1899, year in which it was definitively completed and redesigned by the architect Partini according to the so called “eclectic taste”.

The Castle is spread over 4 floors, each of which benefits of open spaces on the garden and terraces overlooking the sea.

Both from the beautiful interiors and from the various corners of the park, you can enjoy a stunning sea view and a breathtaking panorama, which opens from Portofino to Sestri Levante.

The garden of 3500 sq mt slopes gently to the cliff. It allows, through two passages, direct access to the sea, on one side to the so-called Duca beach, on the other to the Arenella beach.

The Castle is currently used as a splendid location for events, with a part dedicated to hospitality in the apartments reserved for the reception of the guests.

The property is reachable by car and a good number of parking spaces are available.
